“Diego la vuole nera”. Eso dice Guillermo Coppola que le dijo a Enzo Ferrari cuando le compró una Ferrari F40. Hasta entonces, todas las máquinas eran rojas, pero Maradona la quería negra.
Si esa historia resulta graciosa cada vez que el ex representante del inigualable capitán de la selección cuenta la anécdota, más increíble resulta la de su otra Ferrari, realmente rosso.
Maradona manejó la Ferrari F355 Spider en sus últimos días como jugador de Boca. Diego le había comprado la máquina a Amadeo Juncadella, fundador de Prosegur, allá por los años noventa, pero terminó en una subasta en el 2005. Tras varias compraventas terminó en el 2009 en manos de Automóviles The Boss SA.
Pero esa empresa no se dedicaba realmente a la compraventa de vehículos sino al lavado de activos del narcotráfico. Eso lo descubrió el fiscal de la Procunar, Diego Iglesias, cuando desbarató al clan de los Loza, uno de los más importantes de la Argentina, con veinte años en el submundo narco hasta su caída en el 2018.
En consecuencia, la Gendarmería, por orden del fiscal, secuestró en aquel momento todos los bienes suntuarios de la banda, entre ellos la Ferrari que supo ser de Maradona, como reaseguro ante una eventual condenado por traficar cocaína entre Salta, Buenos Aires y España, entre otros puntos de la ruta de la cocaína.
Los hermanos Loza esperaban para el 2021 el juicio por lavado de 15 millones de dólares a través de varias operaciones, entre ellas la compra de la máquina de Diego. Según pudo saber Expediente Político, durante las jornadas de debate desfilarán ni más ni menos que 500 testigos, entre ellos el anterior dueño.
En el juicio por el reparto de la obra pública, con Cristina Kirchner y Lázaro Báez en el banquillo de los acusados, el tribunal aceptó el testimonio de 160 personas. El caso de los 500 testigos contra el clan Loza sería récord para el país. Y, al final, la “testarossa” de Maradona pasará a mejor manos a través de otra subasta.
