Hebe se cansó y decidió echar a la ex ministra de Economía y a un grupo de colaboradores que integraban el Centro de Estudios y Monitoreo de las Políticas Públicas (CEMoP), un instituto de investigación en materia económica. Junto a Miceli se fueron otras trece personas que trabajaban en esa oficina, ubicada en Alsina al 1500. Su desvinculación formal se produjo a principio de este mes, pero recién fue informada este viernes por la rectora de la Universidad de las Madres, Inés Vázquez. Oficialmente se habló de cuestiones presupuestarias de la Fundación, que no logra hacer pie tras el escándalo que provocaron los hermanos Sergio y Pablo Schoklender. Actualmente, el manejo de las cuentas está a cargo de un fideicomiso que manejan Luis Debandi y Roberto Domínguez, un hombre de confianza de Amado Boudou. Entre los dos decidieron varios despidos más en diversas áreas de la Fundación. En el CEMoP trabajaba Miceli junto a dos economistas y varios empleados administrativos. Fuentes de la Universidad aseguraron que los sueldos superaban los 20 mil pesos. Cerca de Miceli lo desmintieron. “Nos debían a todos tres meses de sueldo. No habían dicho que se iba a regularizar la situación”, dijo una ex empleada, que además desmintió que los sueldos en esa área fueran tan altos. Más allá de la delicada situación financiera de la entidad, la salida de Miceli se desencadenó tras varios cruces personales con Bonafini. La titular de las Madres le había pedido un recorte de personal, que nunca se concretó. También pesó la delicada situación judicial de Miceli, condenada a cuatro años por la bolsa con dinero. La ex ministra también había sido imputada por el juez Norberto Oyarbide en la causa por los desmanejos en la Fundación. Ese expediente pasó a fojas cero hace un mes, cuando la Cámara federal anuló todos los procesamientos y le delegó la investigación al juez Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi. “Ya no tenía crédito político”, resumió una fuente de la entidad para explicar su salida. Quizás esa circunstancia explica sus últimas apariciones públicas. A mediados de agosto, durante un seminario, Miceli aplaudió en la primera fila la reaparición del equipo económico tras la derrota en las PASO. Y elogió las políticas económicas. Un mes después, paradójicamente, tuvo que admitir que la inflación es “alrededor del 20%”. Miceli había desembarcado en la Fundación a mediados de 2007, luego de su abrupta salida del Ministerio de Economía por el escándalo de la bolsa con dinero. La versión más firme asegura que Sergio Schoklender sugirió su nombre a través de Bonafini. Néstor Kirchner aprobó el traspaso. La relación con el ex apoderado explotó en pocos meses: Miceli se tuvo que aislar en el CEMoP. Ante la Justicia, Schoklender la acusó en reiteradas ocasiones de tener injerencia en la administración de la Fundación y de firmar los balances. La salida de Miceli de las Madres se da en medio de denuncias cruzadas. Fuentes de la Universidad aseguraron al diario Clarín que detectaron “un faltante de computadoras” en las oficinas del CEMoP. El rumor cayó muy mal cerca de la ex ministra. “ Se firmó un acta con el inventario de todo lo que había en la oficina con la presencia de un abogado”, dijo una allegada. El escándalo puso en duda la realización del Congreso de Economía que organizaba Miceli todos los años.
